Parlee McLaws is a Calgary law firm that knowingly closed it’s eyes and allowed one of it’s partners, Gregory Stirling, to commit and continue to commit corrupt, crooked and criminal acts whilst acting on behalf of the Calgary Soccer Federation & Terry Brooker, and at times the Alberta Soccer and Canadian Soccer Association.

Now Parlee McLaws is vicariously responsible, for the many damages that have been caused by Gregory Stirling. Vicarious liability holds employers accountable for the wrongful negligent or intentional tort actions of their employees, while they are acting in the course of their employment.
